These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutomateAgent website at automateagent.io and any consultations, built solutions, or other services you book or purchase from us ("Services"). By using the site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AutomateAgent provides AI automation, software, and physical AI product development services. You can reach us at support@automateagent.io.

2. Bookings & sessions

• Free intro call. The 15-minute introductory video call is provided at no cost and creates no obligation on either side.
• Paid sessions. When booking a paid session you select either a Consultation (guided feedback and a plan) or a Built Solution (automation tools built, proven, tested, and delivered). The option and price are shown before you confirm.
• Confirmation & invoicing. Paid sessions are confirmed and invoiced after you submit a request. A session is reserved once payment or agreed terms are in place.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed on the site in U.S. dollars and may change over time; the price shown at the time you confirm a booking applies to that booking. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Scope of work & deliverables

For Built Solutions, the specific deliverables, timeline, and any third-party costs (such as software subscriptions or hosting) will be agreed with you. Estimates of time saved or financial benefit — including any calculator on our site — are illustrative only and not a guarantee of specific results.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll work with you in good faith. Refund eligibility for paid sessions depends on how much work has been performed and will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the systems and accounts needed to deliver the Service.
• Ensure you have the right to grant us access to any platforms, data, or accounts involved.
• Use anything we build lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platforms it connects to.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment you own the custom deliverables we build specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how, and may reuse general techniques and non-confidential learnings.

8. Confidentiality

We treat the non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. We expect the same care for any of our materials shared with you.

9. Disclaimers

The website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that automations or systems will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular business or financial outcome will be achieved. Third-party platforms we integrate with are outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateAgent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
